BTS rapper J-hope has announced a new single titled ‘Mona Lisa’, out later this week.
BTS’ J-Hope announced the song on March 14 via fan platform Weverse. His label, Big Hit Music, has described ‘Mona Lisa’ as “a hip-hop and R&B track that celebrates a captivating person by playfully comparing them to the iconic masterpiece Mona Lisa.”
“This digital single is a heartfelt surprise gift from J-hope to his fans in appreciation of their unwavering love and support,” the label added. It also noted that J-hope worked on the track as a co-writer, per The Korea Times. ‘Mona Lisa’ will be released on March 21 at 1pm KST.

The announcement of a new single from the South Korean idol comes a little under a week since he revealed to fans plans to release a total of three singles this year. The first single, a collaboration with American singer-songwriter Miguel titled ‘Sweet Dreams’, was released earlier this month.
J-hope is set to bring his ‘Hope On The Stage’ world tour to 14 cities around the world. From March to April, the BTS member will play shows in North America before heading to Asia in mid-April with concerts in the Philippines, Japan, Singapore, Thailand and more.
